Automation/Control Systems Jobs

Labour automation and control systems are allowing workplaces to become more efficient, productive, and safer - in doing so, creating a whole range of professions and careers to support it.

Digital Resources’ automation roles are with some of the significant owner operators across Australia and a range of the smaller specialists developing and utilising technologies in exciting ways.

As the world evolves to embrace automation, we expect the demand for professionals with skills in programming, mechatronics, control systems and human-machine interfaces (HMI) to increase.

Although Automation is likely to displace many people from their current lines of work, it is hoped that the next wave will create even more positions as Industry 4.0 arrives. Responsible employers are also expected to provide training programs and pathways for the transition – working closely with their existing staff to upskill and develop their future workforce.
